How to Change Bank Account Information

Description: Learn how to update your bank account details using Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). 


Here is a video that walks you through the process:


  1. Log in to LBM as an administrator and access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu. You can access LBM here: https://lh.shift4.com/sign-in
  2. Click Begin next to "Change your bank account on file."
  3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then click Submit.
  4. Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
  5. The owner must complete an identity verification questionnaire for account security.
  6. Enter the new bank account information and press Submit.
  7. The account will be updated within 24 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once complete.
