To add new employees to Focus, start by pressing on the wrench icon from the main screen.
On the next screen tap employees.
Enter a manger or owners code when prompted.
You will then be brought to your list of employees.
At the bottom of the screen, tap Add
You can access the on screen keyboard by pressing the keyboard icon to the right of the screen.
Tap in the first name field and press the keyboard button to start typing and press "enter" when you are done.
You will need to repeat this process for the remaining fields.
Make sure to fill out the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Access Code
- Job (this is where you can assign the server, manager, hostess, etc. roles/permissions)
Once all of these fields (at minimum) are filled out, tap save.
You can now use the access code you set earlier to test the employee's login.
